Come do your own thing, or check out our VIP with a monthly workout program delivered via our own smartphone app. You’ll know exactly what to do and will progress each month based on your starting fitness assessment.
Excel does not believe in overcrowding or waiting on equipment, we know your time is valuable. Therefore, we have adopted a block time system that allows us a way to limit the number of trainers and clients in the facility at any one time.
Each member will receive a key card that will allow them access to the facility based on their membership option. The facility has full security, panic buttons and is monitored via web-cameras. Staffing and Personal Training hours vary.
