We’re Open for In Person and Virtual Training AND We’re Covid-19 Safe!

Your health and safety are our #1 priority, and every decision we’ve made has been guided by that premise.

These are unprecedented times, that have forced many of us to pivot and adapt.

We know that coming into a workout facility can be scary right now, even though working out is one of the BEST things you can do to keep your immune system strong, not to mention the mental and emotional benefits that come along with regular exercise…

That’s why we want you to know that we’ve got you covered and we take it VERY SERIOUSLY!

Prior to re-opening Excel was commercially deep cleaned and all of the floors were steam cleaned and disinfected. In addition to a deep cleaning, the equipment was been pulled out and disinfected and a product called Purteq was fogged into the studio which kills all viruses, bacteria, molds and mildews and continues to work for up to 90 days. www.purteq.com.

We will be disinfecting equipment as we use it and cleaning between sessions and throughout the day. This includes the regular cleaning of doorknobs, front desk area, cardio equipment, bathrooms and any other surfaces or objects that are touched throughout the day. We will also be deep cleaning more often in addition to our weekly commercial cleaning.

We’ve updated our workout programming so you will be able to workout in your own dedicated space, and will not have to share equipment during your workout.

We also practice social distancing inside of the studio.

These items will be readily available for your use throughout the studio.

Now that the mask mandate has been lifted in Johnson County, masking up while in studio is optional. We want you to do what you feel most comfortable with. Training inside with or without a mask, shifting your workout outside or continuing virtually.

We are asking that everyone use gym shoes only (no street shoes) in the studio.

As much as we LOVE high-fives in the studio, we’ll be doing air-high-fives for the time being.

We will be checking the temperature of all staff and clients with a temporal infrared thermometer at the door and recording daily. Anyone who reports a chronic cough, breathing discomfort, or has a temperature of over 99.9 degrees will be asked to go home and contact your physician immediately.

Whew! That’s a lot, but we want to keep our beloved clients safe and our studio open…and we cannot WAIT to see you in the studio! As always, we’re here for you. If you have any questions, would like to give us a try or learn more, please reach out any time.

Committed to Your Success,
Jill Stoppel-Davis & Team Excel Wellness Studio
