Our Max Burn sessions are a mix of in-person and virtual sessions that follow a 30-minute sweat-inducing format targeting every major muscle group training, several days per week, making it easier for you to get your workout done without taking a major chunk of time out of your day.
The Max Burn program also includes specialty sessions like Core, Stretch, and HITT Yoga PLUS we wrap in a lot of fun with Nutrition Challenges, Virtual Happy Hours, Monthly Accountability Contests, and more.
